Eclipse Luna: items in "Install new software" disappeared! [message #1404659]

It worked for a while, but then when I go to "Help->Install New Software..." and I set the "Work with..." field to: Luna - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna, instead of presenting all the available items in the repository, the item window is just blank.

Does anyone have an idea why? is it a known bug or something?
