Hi all,
we have a somewhat complex application (RCP) based on 3.8 single sourced
with RAP (1.4).
We'd like to migrate to eclipse 4.4 (Luna); we are thinnking about a
soft-migration path, using the compatibility layer.
The target RAP version will be 2.4.
I have done some first tests and using the compatibility layer and
everything seams to run smoothly.
The next step will be writing new views/editors/perspectives using e4
paradigm (using DI, i.ex., and new services) but after the first tests I
see that RAP doesn't compile anymore.
My question is not (at the moment) how to solve some issues but just
understanding if this scenaario is possible...

eclipse 4 Luna w/ RAP 2.3
Single sourced Application
Soft migration from 3.8 (means mixed 3.8 and e4 parts)
Hope someone can solved my doubts...
