I am watching youtube video and the person is using eclipse software and they are selecting xml schema. He was going to New Project > Other > XML folder > XML Schema. In the verion I have I do not see the xml folder or anything about schema.
I am running
Eclipse Standard/SDK
Version: Luna Release (4.4.0)
Build id: 20140612-0600. Is there something else I would need to download or turn on to get the xml schema?

Jim,

That comes from Web Tools. You can update your IDE to include it. It's
part of the JEE package as well.
