Hello,

could anyone help me to resolve this issue. I created a report with BIRT where the user can select a timeframe for the evaluation. The report consists of different charts which display the data for the selected months (see image one).

index.php/fa/18711/0/

If there's no data for a specfic month in the data set, the chart will only display those months on the x-axis where data is given (see image two).

But I want the x-axis diplaying all months for the selected timeframe (the axis of chart two should look like the one of chart one). Has anyone an idea how this can be done?

De-select the "is category axis" for the x-axis and use an actual date field for the axis value. With a true date axis, you can set the range to show on the axis.
