The git staging view is interactive and that's one of the sickest
features of eGit/git. I can add certain hunks to the index while leaving
certain others out. This means also that I easily mess up a commit by
for example adding a new method, but forgetting to add the necessary
imports. So would it maybe be possible to have JDT compile the index
version of a java file, so I could easily see that my index edit misses
something? That would be awesome :)
