ADT install problem in Iran [message #1403299]

hey buddies!
I am from Iran and we're here under heavy sanction cannot use Google android services!
I use Ubuntu 14.04 trusty tahr and I installed eclipse 8.3 on it!
I also downloaded ADT package for it and installed it with install software in eclipse help menu!
But after that when I open my eclipse I encounter this error:

Could not find folder 'tools' inside SDK

I don't remember that I installed SDK before and Can't also locate it in my PC!
Please help!

I think you have to install the actual Android SDK.

Please followup in an Android forum, neither ADT nor the Android SDK come from eclipse.org:
