I'm using FilterList/ComboBoxFilterRowHeaderComposite for filters in my nattable. Recently I tried to implement the nattable persistance concept. It successfully saved the state but loading it applies filter to all columns, so it doesn't display any values in table.

Which version? There was an issue regarding the state persistence of the ComboBoxFilterRowHeaderComposite that has been fixed in 1.1
