Hi,

I have a simple JEE project with a jsp page with a simple call to a servlet.When the project is run, the jsp page is displayed but the servlet does not work with 404 status.

I am using JEE in eclipse java EE IDE(kepler) and using tomcat v7.0.42

I don't see any reason why it is not working. It is a very simple project from a youtube source where I did exactly and have the exact files and codes. I searched for solution for days now and wanted to ask further here.

are there any steps to diagnosis to know what might be wrong? is there a bug maybe with eclipse Kepler and tomcat v7?
