Hello all,

I've seen the Devoxx presentation on babel and am interested in the
project to support the translation of our own software. We use eclipse for
development.

What I was wondering is whether the babel project somehow tracks
translated sentences for reuse when new resource bundles are provided. I
mean that as three projects all define a 'Save ...' function, babel could
detect this and reuse previous translations to suggest a translation for
the new bundle.

Hence babel would sport some kind of translation memory.

Thanks in advance for any input in this matter!

Kind regards,

Yep, we have a syncup script that runs every week.

Translations provided by syncup are flagged as possibly false, people
can review them.

Thanks,

Antoine

Hello Wim,

Thanks a lot for your interest and message.
I'm glad, that while more people had their lunch or seemed otherwise busy,
some did listen with great interest ;-)

Happy to hear.

Werner
