Hi All,

I have a domain specific language whose parser, lexer, and code generator have been defined using Eclipse Xtext and Xtend frameworks. Now, I want to provide also a GUI editor for my language. So, designers will not have to use the textual notation; instead, they can specify their system using the GUI editor. I know that Eclipse provides Graphical Modelling Framework (GMF) for developing GUI editors. However, I am not sure whether I can integrate GMF into my Eclipse Xtext project and let the GMF use the same EMF model.
Alternatively, I am also not sure whether GMF allows to generate code from the visually specified models.

Can you please inform me about the above issues ?

Thanks
