I just downloaded the adt bundle and all recommended tools.

Java is installed on my computer, even reinstalled to make sure all was well.

When I try to launch Eclipse, it tells me it cannot find Java, but also says it is looking in the same folder that Eclipse is in (\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe) - obviously programs do not reside in individual folders - so I am baffled as to what to do.

There is no option for changing where it looks for Java.

Can anyone tell me how to remedy this?
