Is it possible to re-order the columns of a composite table?

Short answer: I'm working on a simple API to enable this right now.

Longer answer: You can do pretty much whatever you want using
CompositeTable, but you might have to code it yourself. CompositeTable
is very extensible. It's default API is also very low-level. However,
there are optional components added on top of the API to enable common
use-cases easily. I suggest reading through the snippets to get an idea
of what I mean.
