I did some work a while back on Tigris integration using the Mylar Web connector (back when it was called Mylar), so I'm probably already in violation of the anti-compete clause (or I would be if I downloaded the connector).

It's really a waste of effort since it would be better if Tigris just switched to Bugzilla (or something more modern like Trac), but if it's not too much work, I'd be willing to do it to upgrade my current integration.

I am not a lawyer, but I am not aware if CollabNet connector for
IssueZilla has any restrictions on personal use. If you think it is too
prohibitive, perhaps you should report that issue to CollabNet, as they
own both, the Mylyn connector and the server side application.
Also, Mylyn does include web connector that is licensed under EPL,
which doesn't have any prohibitive claims and that connector can be used
to connect to IssueZilla, though it won't provide reach Task Editor and
other nice UI features.
