In Eclipse IDE, go to menu Window > Preferences. Then expand the Server > Runtime Environments node in the add a new server runtime environment.
the server catagiries are
Basic
Apache
Jbose
and others

but i have only basic server no other options
using Eclipse Luna ubuntu 12.04javascript:%20insertTag(document.post_form.msg_body,%20'',%20'%20:roll:%20');

Which version of WTP do you have installed? How did you install it? If you installed it yourself using Help->Install New Software, did you forget to include the "JST Server Adapters Extensions" as mentioned at https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_FAQ#How_do_I_install_WTP.3F ?
