The default profile in Luna is still CSS2. Bring up the Properties dialog for your web project and you can change the default CSS profile for that project on the Web Content Settings page. If the CSS file is not in a web project, or if you don't want to use the project default, you can also set it using the file's Properties dialog (also Web Content Settings page).

Thanks for the quick reply. Most of the files I work on are not in a project so it is quite tedious to set that property for each single file I am working on for just a few minutes. I would prefer to set CSS3 globaly. Im sure there must be a way. Who is working with CSS2 nowadays anyway?
BTW I dont have "Web Content Settings" in the properties dialog. Do I need a plugin or something?
cheers
