Hi all,
I am quite new with Acceleo, so sorry for the (maybe) silly question.
I've created a Graphiti plugin based on an EMF model. Graphiti creates instances of elements specified in the EMF model, and adds them to the specified instance of the EMF model root class.
What I want to know is if, and how, I can generate code starting from that instance of the root class.

Hope that my question is clear.

Thanks for your attention
Simone

Hi

Acceleo is a model to template language; it is not a code generator.

You may create or re-use an Acceleo template to perform code generation.

Just the same as you may create of re-use a Java or Ada program to do
exactly the same thing.
