We develop on a closed network. It has been a challenge to adopt Eclipse because all howto documents and tutorials assume the development environment can make an internet connection. Are there any resources out there that describe procedures for setting up and maintaining a private Eclipse Marketplace on a closed network ? We need to know how to transfer plugins, updates, etc and how to configure Eclipse to point at the internal marketplace.
