I want to have a TreeView with Projects, that contains some Files and some custom Actions/Commands.

Now I want to use the default Copy,Paste,Delete actions for those resources in my Popup Menu.

Without having to reference things like;
org.eclipse.ui.internal.navigator.resources.actions.EditActionProvider
or
org.eclipse.ui.internal.navigator.resources.actions.CopyAction
in my plugin.xml / code.

I really can't find anywhere, how to? / the best way to do that.

edit: goofed; org.eclipse.ui.ide and I get the ActionFactory, mmh but still not clear about the right way to use it.
