I have created a fragment that contributes a language to the Eclipse 3.7 based product. I have deployed it by placing the exported fragment Jar file into <eclipse root>/dropins/plugins. That does not work and I can't see my language when I run the product.
On the other hand if I make the product dependent on the fragment then I don't have to put the jar file anywhere as it becomes part of the product.
I think the first method is more correct as I don't have to depend on all language fragments I produce and I can only put in dropins folder the one that I need the only problem is that it does not work.
Am I doing something wrong? I can't find really up to date docs how to deploy fragments in Indigo version of Eclipse.
Regards,
Janusz
