Are there any plans for providing a Luna compatible build?

I've seen you've just moved to Xtext 2.5.0 in master, but the Xtext team have been faster, and already are in 2.6.0, with Guava 15.

Hi Felix

are you experiencing problems with Luna?
As for the porting to 2.6.0 we'll work on that very soon!
I've just created a task for that
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=436145
you may want to track it.

cheers
Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,

Glad to hear that. My main problem with Luna is the compatibility with Xtext 2.6.0. The last published build depends on Xtext 2.4.3, so it can't be installed with 2.6.0.

I tried using master, since the dependency version has been removed, but also had a problem with guava. Xtext 2.6.0 had already installed the 15.0 version, and o.e.e.parsley.runtime.common requires a lower version.

Will you promote a version with this changes to the update site? I'm migrating an RCP that uses Parsley to Luna, and would like to use "official" builds for it.

Regards,
Félix

Ah OK, but Xtext 2.6.0 can be installed in Kepler (I'm using Kepler +
Xtext 2.6.0), that's why I asked; but I seem to understand that you also
want to switch to Luna anyway. Or better, you need to move to Luna and
Xtext 2.6.0 blocks you. I haven't tried to install Xtext 2.5.4 in Luna
though...

Yes, the master still uses Xtext 2.5.4, so we need to move to Xtext
2.6.0 anyway, and we'll also build using Luna.

yes, and as soon as I have something ready I'll update the bug.

hope we have something ready soon.
cheers

OK, version 0.2.0 has just been released and it should fix this issue
(see the update site at
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.emf-parsley/downloads )
