seems to be down today... is it a known issue?

download.cloudsmith.com is still offline, therefore it is not possible for me to update to the 4.3 headless client on Jenkins.

Hi

AFAIAA All Eclipse Fundation deliverables are required to be available
from *.eclipse.org. So this is where you should look.

Cloudsmith may sometimes provide an added-value download, but the basic
download must be at Eclipse.

The Buckminster update site that contains headless non EPL'ed additions (subversion clients and emma code coverage) is
now fully operational again and can be accessed using the following URL's:

http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-4.4 (Luna)
http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-4.3 (Kepler)
http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-4.2 (Juno)
