64bit eclipse with -server option doesn't work [message #241042]

I was previously running 32bit eclipse with -server specified in my
eclipse.ini because I tend to keep eclipse open for long periods of time.

I recently upgraded to a 64bit box and so installed the 64bit version of
eclipse and Sun's 64bit jvm. Eclipse will now not run if I specify
the -server option.

If I run a straight java program with -server, it works just fine. Is there
some reason the 64bit version of eclipse doesn't like the -server option?
