I used this link and downloaded the article then If I import this project and then launch the eclipse from run dialog, then I am able to run this application but if I directly extract in plug-in then one icon is coming but clicking on it saying that; class not found.

My question is how this is working from launch but not from extracting it into plug-in.

Secondly this sample project not containing any Activator. This is clashing with my understanding that every plug-in needs Activator

Anthony,

In fact it was posted to another group because I remember answering this
already this morning. Saurav, please don't post the same question to
multiple groups.
