Bugzilla has an entry requesting a command line argument to start a debug
session on a given executable - see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=39640

Now, it seems to me that this issue is partly resolved in recent releases
in that there is a special "C/C++ Executable" import type, which will
create a separate project for a program, and set up debug configuration
for it. But how about the command line front-end to this functionality?
Has any work been done on that?
