Hi,

I'm new to GEF, and I would like to know if I can use BorderLayout in GEF, if yes, is it possible to create connection between figures in different zone? and if not, is there any chance to achieve it?

Thanks

Yes. If you are new to GEF, I suggest you go through the examples and
the wiki. It may not show you how to do everything but sure at least
tell you what you can do with GEF.

What flowlayout are you referring to? If its the one in Draw2D then there
is a BorderLayout already there aswell

Also when you mean connection do you mean relationship or an actual
graphical connection? In the case of a graphical one as far as I know the
connection is between two anchors on figures, regardless of where the
figures are placed.
