After getting the latest OS X update (10.8.5 12F45) I'm seeing strange behavior in the Eclipse JDT Package Explorer view. Most of my Java source files aren't shown in the view. When I hover the mouse to the right of a source folder or sub package in the tree, a [+] box shows. When I click it I see all the files (exploded to show some but not all the methods in the class). As I navigate around the view, the files again disappear. Selecting the down arrow icon to the left of the package does not cause the files in the folder/package to be displayed.

It's frustrating to not be able to see my source files.

Regards,
Michael

Looks like I had Filtering acting up. (I swear I didn't set or change any filtering) I was able to turn off filtering and see all my files. Then I selected filter .* to get rid of the .DS_Store entries. The empty parent packages also are now hidden but all the non empty ones show up. Filtering is in the upper right of the Package Explorer view. Once I turned of filtering, the [+] symbol to the right of the package entries disappeared (or didn't show when moused over).
