Hi,

I created a profile including a stereotype with a property and an operation. If I include this profile in my model and apply the stereotype I see the name of the stereotype but neither the property nor the operation is visible.

How is this intended to work?

Thanx
Raimund

Hi, Raimund,

Operations will only work if you either generate code for the profile
and implement the operation bodies or if you use OCL invocation
delegates and specify OCL body conditions for the operations. In any
case, there is no manifestation of operations in the UI (neither for
stereotypes nor UML metaclasses) because they provide behaviour, not
model structure.

The Profile page of the properties of an element that has your
stereotype applied should how the attributes of the stereotype when you
expand the stereotype node in the tree, as in the attached image.

HTH,

Christian
