Hi All,
This group for eclipse memory analyzer or Java, Windows process memory
or all in all?

I do have lot of memory problem with java and eclipse memory, most of the
time it end up with crash. I am realy looking some good thinks here... :)

Hi Sundar,
the SAP Memory Analyzer is a tool for analysing Java heap dumps.
It can be used to analyze the memory consumption for all kinds of Java
applications, including Eclipse itself. Check the links Michael has
provided in his post.

I'm pretty sure that the Memory Analyzer will be very helpful to reduce
the memory footprint of Eclipse itself.

Maybe in the future it would be a good idea to include a few lines in
the new group announcements that describe what it's all about.

Just finding "Welcome to the Memory Analyzer project newsgroup" wasn't
too helpful, although the name of the project at least meant
something, unlike too many of the other projects.
