WTP 3.0.3 is a service release, meaning that only bug fixes are included.
A "what's new" document is only produced for feature releases. The best
way to check which bugs have been fixed in a particular release is to
query bugzilla. Set the product to Web Tools and tell it to look for bugs
with resolution of FIXED and the appropriate target milestones.

Here is a query that shows all bugs fixed for the 3.0.3 release:

Yes, it works with 3.4.1, and is recommended to update for Web Tools 3.0.x.

The next feature release for WTP is 3.1 which is scheduled for Summer of
2009 and will be based on Eclipse Galileo platform. Releases with version
number increments in the third segment are all maintenance releases. All
releases are considered stable. The untested builds are not presented as
releases. WTP 3.0.3 is indeed meant to be used with Eclipse 3.4.1. WTP
3.0.4 is scheduled to be released concurrently with Eclipse 3.4.2 in
February of 2009.

And was already released ? Because on the update site it's in release part, but on the WTP
home page is still marked as planned WTP 3.0.3: 2008-11-14 planned, but date is already over.

For me is important stability. If have been released I with delight upgrade to the 3.0.3
version ;)
