Extension point [message #219012]

Where can I find the schemas for
org.eclipse.jst.ws.consumption.ui.serviceRuntimes and clientRuntimes
extension points? I looked at the CVS source and the schemas are not
referenced there. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.
