Hi,

I want to rebuild the win native launcher (eclipse.exe), 3.9 version. I downloaded source code from
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/equinox/rt.equinox.framework.git

It seems to me that the only way to build it is to use cygwin which contains deprecated gcc-3 compiler but it cannot be found anymore. I know that I did it successfully couple years ago with 3.7, but I don't have that cygwin installation anymore.

Is there any other way to build it?
