Brandon,

It's more likely related to some WTP validator or builder that's perhaps
stuck in a loop. Perhaps refreshing the whole workspace (select all
projects and invoke "Refresh") might help. I've added the WTP newsgroup
to the "to" list of the reply because maybe other folks there have seen
this issue. It's certainly one that "we" would want to fix if we could
reproduce it.
