Lars posts an explicit disclaimer stating that he will not support his
tutorials in a one-one. He used to support a Google group by which
others who had worked out problems might answer you. However, he now
advocates the use of stackoverflow.com. I haven't checked for a
"vogella" tag there, but you might check.

I haven't done that tutorial and I'm not educated on it or RCP, however,
in my experience, you go looking for the JAR that contains the package
by path, download it and add it to Eclipse Build Path manually. It's a
painful process that's made somewhat less painful by Maven (when Maven
can be used).
