Control Flow Default values for guard and weight [message #1291042]

When creating control flows in an activity diagram, the guard and wight values are defaulting to <undefined>. I can see that somebody reported this back in 2011 (Bug 357682) and a patch was submitted. But the patched behavior is not in the current version (0.10.2.v201402191554). Should I create a new bug?
