How do we show a window?

Adding a WindowsBuilder/ApplicationWindow adds a lot of code but I get the error jFrame is not accessible due to restriction of required library /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk.1.8.0.jdk/Contents/Home/jre/lib/rt.jar.

The Build path does seem to have this Library so that I can add it. Quick fix can not add it either.

So, I tried to follow the Hello World swt example. It says to import a plug in. My import options does not include plug in as a option.
