Reference of Sash that appear between Views in a RCP [message #215465]

Hi,

I am developing a RCP application and need to make the width of the Sash
that appears between Views in a RCP application bigger.
How do I get the refererence of the Sashes from the Prespective class.

Also is there any way that the Sash can have the Triangular rendering as
provided in Swing JSpliter component.
