Hi all.
First sorry if this question has already been answered on the answer is staring me right in the face.

I am a java programmer in the early stages of learning. I choose to use Eclipse as my IDE programming environment. I want to learn how to use Eclipse well. Are there tutorials on how to use eclipse? Or a helpful book I should buy? I want to become with all of eclipse's features so I can navigate the eclipse program efficiently. I am using Java EE IDE 64 bit

thanks

Chris

Two important resources:
1. Click Help > Help Contents, then in the Help window look for "Getting Started" guides in at least these sections: Workbench User Guide, Java development user guide, Web Tools Platform User Guide.
2. Lars Voigel's tutorials are usually very good and quite readable: http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/
