See my answer in the preceding note chain. If you have the full WTP
SDK installed, you can use Window->Show View->Other...->PDE->Plug-ins,
select all the plugins in that view and use the popup to "Add to Java
Search". Then you should be able to use Ctrl-Shift-T, type in any class
name in any plugins, and the source view for that class should open...

If you're talking about source from CVS, it's found in:

dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/webtools

For latest code:

HEAD
|- org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.ui
