I extended my plugin with RunAs menu using LaunchShortcut extension point (you can download it here) and used this strightforward procedure to export the plugin as a product. However, the RunAs menu is visible only when I run the plugin as "Eclipse Application" but it does not show up when I run it as a product (see video).

I have filed a bug report 429970. The developers say that I have used a wrong procedure to produce the product. Yet, nobody discloses the proper procedure to produce the product. They even refuse to disclose it as a workaround for this particular bug. Can you do that?
