I want to download an Eclipse Modeling Juno (3.8.2) version. Is there a website providing it ?

Juno and 3.8 are two different things. Because I am a fortuneteller, I
know that you want 3.8. I am almost sure that there are no prebuild
'topic' packages available for that version. You must download 3.8 here:

http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.8.2-201301310800/

and then install modelling packages from the Juno update site.
