Hi,
we are currently investigation which JavaScript Editor to use for JS
development. Basically, we need syntaxt highlighting and autocompletion
(also for 3rd party *.js files). Other features known from eclipse JDT
like refactoring would be nice, too.
Since the RAP team needs to edit JS files, can you suggest some
Editor/IDE or eclipse Plugins that suits our needs?
Others are welcome to provide their experience, too.
Regards,
Markus

Hi.
The sad truth is that - in my humble opinion - there isn't really a
GREAT JS editor for Eclispe. Personally, I use Amateras + JSHint +
AnyEditTools with a lot of custom settings. However, I don't rely much
on auto-completion or auto-formatting.
Greetings,
Tim
