What is the best Java script editor, which can support following features.

1. Syntax checking
2. Semantic checking - type checking, function existence checking, arguments checking
3. Formatting
4. Intellisense
5. Code completion
6. Refactoring
7. Should be able to hook in any third party libraries.
8. Performance in-terms of syntax checking and semantic checking
9. And, importantly it should handle any number of java script files without any performance issues

I tried Eclipse JSDT, but it does not support point#2 completely, which is essentially needed in any JS application development.
