Prevent messages when plugging fragment contribution to IDE [message #1258286]

Today, it is not possible to make a fragment contributions in pure E4 for your IDE (see this topic).
But, if I plug the plugin containing the contribution to my Eclipse IDE, the fragment can contribute to the E4 projects of my workspace.
However, several message appeared when stating Eclipse IDE:
- Nothing to merge for "platform:/plugin/org.adichatz.tool/resources/xml/fragment.e4xmi".

Is it a way to prevent these messages.
How to say, I want these fragment resources to be available for my future E4 RCP applications/Projects thru the Eclipse IDE.
