I recently installed the Oracle WebLogic Portal 10.3.6 client. I am attempting to run the Eclipse for WebLogic 10.3.6 which is shipped with the product. However I am getting a Java error returning with exit code = 69 upon startup.

Has anyone had similar issues and if so, any ideas for resolution?

Thanks

Maybe asking on the Web Tools forum is more likely to address people
doing web development.

Hello,

Please change the eclipse.ini file at location C:\Oracle\Middleware\oepe_11gR1PS4

1. Change -Xms1024m to -Xms1792m
2. Change -Xmx2048m to Xmx1792m

And start the eclipse.exe.
If the eclipse still doesn't start, then try different combinations of multiples of 128 like 128*12=1592 or 128*13=1664 or 128*11=1408 etc as value for -Xms and -Xmx.

For me, the value 1792 worked.

Regards.
