Hi

just for curiosity: the buckminster emma feature is provided through an
external update site due to license issues IIRC... but I noted that
eclemma and jacoco are EPL, so why can't it be distributed from
download.eclipse.org now?

cheers
Lorenzo

Hi, some time ago (http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/986184/#msg_986184), I got this explanation from Thomas Hallgren:

More generally, since Java-8 is released now, and since it seems that Jacaco 0.7 works with Java-8, I'm wondering if it could be possible to get a buckminster version with 'emma' command supporting Java-8 code.

Bernard.
