hierarchical view not showing in Project Explorer [message #203843] Wed, 07 November 2007 02:37

Hello,
Ed redirected me to this forum. I have a project called test in
Package Explorer. In this package I have a folder called WebContent,
which itself contains folders. Usually, there would be a little "+" at
the left of the WebContent folder. Instead it displays the path:
WebContent/WEB-INF/src. There are other items inside the WebContent
folder that do display separately (i.e. showing proper hierarchy). When I
go into Windows Explorer, I can see the src and WEB-INF folders nested
inside the WebContent folder.

Ed suggested that I could use the Navigator view, which does display the
hierarchy correctly. However, I'd prefer to be using the Package Explorer
view - can anyone tell me how I can use the Package Explorer to display
the hierarchy properly?

Thanks,

David.
