I am using Eclipse 4.3 (Kepler) on Win7 and have installed bzr-eclipse 1.3 plugin which throws up an error window (in setting Preferences) with a msg as "xmloutput >= 0.9.1 plugin not found". It is also unable to find the bzr executable even though I have downloaded and installed bazar from the Eclipse marketplace. No error was shown during the installation. Need help in resolving this issue.

Ask the plugin's supplier for support. This is not an eclipse issue.

Thanks for your response. I have already placed this question on Launchpad too. Since I was not sure as to where the problem was, I thought it prudent to place it at both places in the hope that someone would recognize the problem and point me in the right direction.
