I've seen other posts about this subject; however, I still need some

Say I have two editparts/figure (A&B) that overlap.

(A) overlaps (B)

When the cursor is in the intersection, I'd like to return mouse(motion)
events for both figures/editparts (A&B) under the cursor.. not just for (A).

Is there any simple/clean way to do this?
