Is there a way that I can covert a jar program to a midlet jar so that I can run it on my phone without having to reprogram the whole thing?

I have some programs which I want to transfer to my phone and don't want to reprogram completely.

Can I do something like make a minor tweak to the code or use a file converter or is there no way to do so? Confused
