JSDT: Cursor Jumping to Constructor Function [message #1233567]

I'm having a strange issue where as I type in the javascript editor, the cursor is randomly jumping to the name of the top most object constructor function which is then highlighted and overwritten with the remainder of my keystrokes. This happens quite often. I have validation while typing turned off as well as many other features to try to eliminate it. Thanks for any insight you might have.

Terran,

What version of Eclipse/WTP/JSDT are you using? Did you tried to use the latest ones?
Could you provide a short code snippet that allow to reproduce the problem and steps to reproduce as well?

If your problem is reproducible feel free to open an issue here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=JSDT and fill it with your issue and the information I've asked above.

I actually just resolved this today. Apparently I needed to turn off errors as you type, apply the preference, shut down eclipse, and launch again with -clean. Once that was done the issue went away. I haven't tried to re-enable that setting yet. This is with the latest public release of kepler and pulling JSDT from the same p2 repository.
